Description
This shock cap allows you to build an (emulsion style) zero rebound shock, coupled with the 16mm o-ring shock pistons we offer.
Greatly helps with handling and a more stable landing from big jumps.
SHOCK PISTONS:
We have tried to duplicate the stock oils and pack. Oils could change due to the temperature in your region.
8 hole 1.3 front (white)
8 hole 1.5 rear (black)
The shock pistons are made using Delrin material, the unique design allows for the same pack on the down stroke.
On the rebound stroke the shock oil puts pressure on the “Oring” to slow the dampening effect and helps eliminate blow by of the shock oil around the piston.
Slots go down to slow rebound.( recommended)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove bleeder screw.
Fill shock body with oil level with top of shock.
Screw cap onto shock.
BE SURE TO HOLD SHOCK VERTICAL WHEN SCREWING CAP ON.
Slowly push piston shaft up to top of stroke. Hold shaft to top of stroke and put 2 mm screw in the cap. Take care not to crossthread.
